Työtie ry

Työtie ry (until 3.11.2024 UrAVa ry) is a registered association which purpose is to help employees and employers to meet.

 The goal is to strengthen the vitality of Etelä-Pirkanmaa region and mental and physical health as well as social well-being of the municipalities. The association's members and owners are the towns of Akaa and Valkeakoski and the municipalities of Urjala and Pälkäne. Työtie ry manages the OTA - Skilled Employer project (March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2027), the main financier of the OTA - project is the European Social Fund. 

In 2025 the association will work on new projects to support employment management and increasing social inclusion.
